Activity Superstore....

Terrible customer service, terrible administration - overall a service I would never recommend, even to my worst enemy.

6 weeks after sending my voucher which they lost, I still am no closer to booking my activity . The availability seems to be week days only which is rubbish. They promised me (like they have done about 3 times already) that they posted my the voucher yesterday - I will be gobsmacked if it is there when I get home tonight.

My partner bought this for a little suprise for me, as he knew I wanted to do wine tasting, he gave it to me on our wedding day but unfortunatley it has turned out to be more hassle than its worth. We were tempted to not use it at all then we thought that would be a waste of £99. And of course it has been me that has wasted precious lunch breaks phoning, emailing, writing and getting nowhere!

I would recommend using Red Letter Days and the WHSmiths packages if you want this sort of thing. I have friends who have no problems to report using these - well its not rocket science is it....!
