This is shocking!!! Please beware of auto europe car hire. I wish I read this review before my friend and us decided to go with renting a car for a week. DON'T BE FOOLED BY THE PRICES, THERE ARE A LOT OF HIDDEN ZOMBIES in this business model of theirs.

After returning from our trip, there was a bill on our credit card for an extra day of rental. Which is totally ludicrous as if indeed we returned the car late, we would have missed our flight back to London. And when we brought up this case with them, they told us that this appeal would take up to 3 weeks. So we complied, and waited patiently but little did we know it was merely a stall tactic for them to slap another bill to my card (couple of hundreds), all this without our knowledge. I had to ring my bank to inform them that it was a fraud. Now my case is pending.. however I do not wish to see this happening to anyone else so please beware of this company!

Can any help with previous experiences such as the above on how to deal with it. I am already considering bringing this up with fraudulent authorities and my bank on this matter. I just want my money back. Any info would be of great help.
