I frequently order from the Next Directory and have been an active customer for quite so years now along with my other family members. I am always very pleased with delivery and the items I order as I find them attractive, good quality and value for money. However in recent years I must say I have seen a dramatic decrease in the range and the appearance of their clothing.Okay some items are still fantastic but other are just cheap imitations of styles from previous years or even just a change of colour. Not really what I would expect In more recent times I decided to change my account to a Cash Account from a Credit Account to avoid the interest each month, and I find that Cash Account Customers are treated very different to Credit Account Customers, and sometimes left and not cared about.
