I've been with Vodafone since 1998. In that time I truly can't think of one problem I've encountered with this network. I've always had good signal coverage wherever I've been, and even moved my wife over to Vodafone when her original network had poor signal coverage when we moved into our new home.
On the few occasions I've had to phone customer services I've never experienced a bad service, but I always believe in being polite when you have a problem, and you usually get things resolved a lot quicker!
I can't complain on the selection of phones they have, and seem to always get an upgrade when one isn't even due.
The tariff's and prices seem to be competitive as well. I think my only complaint would be their website. I find it very slow, and not very intuitive regarding navigation.
Other than that, I would certainly recommend Vodafone.
