my family an i just came back from broaland sands, all we can say is never again. we hired a gold plus 6 disabled caravan as our daughter is wheelchair bound, when we went in our van we found earwigs on the furniture when we went to reception it had already closed so we decided it was probably just cos the cleaners had left doors open,so we went out 4 the evening when we returned or van was covered in them inside an out in our clothes furniture on the fridge and in our daughters medical equipment and our beds, we found a member of staff an were moved to a spare van at gone 2 in the early hours of sunday morning, when we complained next day the so called owner told us that earwigs were acceptableand if we complained nothing would be done, they cleanded the van inside and out and put down chemicals then assumed we would move back into it, we stayed in the spare van for the rest of the week as we feared our daughter could suffer as a result of the chemicals they used. some members of the staff made us feel like outcasts as we would not stay in a van we paid more for with earwigs infested in it, they gave us a voucher for 25 pound to use in the eating house only when we went to use it we were made to feel like idiots and when they served our food it was slammed down in front ov us. my advice is great yarmouth is fantastic there are plenty of lovely sites in and around great yarmouth. oh they state private beach the reason 4 this is its closed of due to the cliffs collapsing so there is no beach access.

Center Parcs - Review - Centre Parcs Oasis Windfell Forest
Centre Parcs say that is was due to refurbishment, I beleive it was due to labour costs at this quiet time of the year. Albeit still great choice in the eating department.

i was wondering if other caravans on the park were over run with earwigs or were they just in the one caravan?
