I bought myself a Rhapsody platinum emerald and diamond ring from the website as it was a new launch and I had only seen it online, as soon as I bought it, it started to be shown on the tv channel and went £400 cheaper than I paid. I emailed customer services and they advised me the one on tv was a different carat weight. I hadnt noticed that so couldnt comment but it was on again and went £550 cheaper than I paid! It is the same ring, same carat exactly. I have emailed them but not heard back as yet. Im hoping they will do the right thing but after reading a few reviews on here Im not sure. The ring is lovely and I think its the best jewellery on the shopping channels. I just dont like to feel ripped off
