Wardrobe ordered from the Argos website on 7th June 2009. The order receipt stated " you will be contacted by 5th July 2009 to arrange delivery" I have now chased them on several occasions for the wardrobe that they took the money out of my account for 2 months ago, but it has never arrived!! I am now told that this item is expected on 7th September (3 months after my order was made!) When i complained about this matter and rightly so, i think, i was told "well, cancel your order then!!!!" They should re-phrase their receipt to state that the item is out of stock, therefore not putting you under the illusion that it is ready to send out! I would not have ordered it if I knew that was the case. I would never use Argos home delivery again.
