Won an auction for a damaged cooker. Received relevant e-mail declared me the winner of item. Waited over two weeks, but no sign of item. Checked my credit card statement and it hadn't been charged. Spent four days chasing it up, only to be told my credit card transaction hadn't gone through and item had been relisted. Claimed they had e-mailed me, they definitely hadn't. Credit card company refute that they declined transaction and comet-clearance cannot show proof of declination. Only bid on non-essential items that you are in no hurry for.
