I received two late charge fees for the World Financial Network National Bank Credit Card in two different months, after mailing my payment approximately 2 weeks before each due date. Magically, my payments were posted one day after the due date. I called after the first time. They waived the late fee. The second time it happened, I didn't ask them to waive the fee, but told the customer service rep why I was cancelling. She made no offer to save the account, which by this point I wouldn't have accepted.
