HSBC Business Bank Account is absolutely terrible .
Firstly the internet banking system is a joke, it is overly complicated with help pages full of irrelevant information.
Secondly as a business owner i have been putting several thousands into my account each month however my company card is limited to 1000 pounds and they will not raise my limit. How any business is expected to run on this i dont know, for example if i wanted to buy a computer for my business costing 1005 pounds i simply cant.
Thirdly every single month i have transactions cancelled on me thanks to their fraud squad, meaning i have to phone them up each time tell them yes it was me trying to spend my own money and then i have to re-purchase the same things, costing me time which is also money
