Customer service is appalling. Tiscali have cheated me out of the £99 I paid to avoid BT line rental when I moved by saying that they have stopped providing the service whereby they will transfer my line over to my new property. I am now paying £12.50 a month to BT plus my Tiscali broadband package, having lost the £99 I originally paid. The customer service centre is a joke, it is run by parrots who repeat the scripts they have written down with absolutely no variation! And they charge you for the experience! I would rather be put back on to the automoated service as it is less frustrating when you know repitition is inevitible!
