I wrote a review in April 09 at amigo autos. Since this time I have been sending regular emails to Amigo auros re my complaint. This was one of the replies 3 months on:
06/06/2009 15:20:41 - Amigoautos said : we have directly spoken to the representative that talked to you when picking up the car, and she told us that she never said anything about explosions on the engine, but only commmented you on damages to tyres, wheels, etc, that are never covered by CDW. Regarding the '10 chatge, they do not see it on the contract. For further ionformation, you can contact them at customerservices2@goldcar.es

Part of my reply was:
I am aware of exactly what this lady said to me and I am amazed that she has such an amazing memory that she can remember this one conversation amongst the hundreds of others she would have had with customers between March and June. I wonder what made the conversation with me so memorable!!!!!!!
I have sinced emailed them for details to formally write to them with my complaint and would you believe NO REPLY
