Would like to thank all for reviewing product as have saved us a fortune in engineer charges at a time when we can least afford it.. but then again when can you! Like everyone else iceberg behind the back of freezer inside, fridge warm, leaking at the bottom, food going off losing money and our patience at a rapid rate. Also low and behold when it is just out of warranty the problems start! This is a shoddy product from what was once known as a respectable manufacturer. Will ensure to make a point of checking reviews of all products before purchasing. Again thank you to all and no thanks to hotpoint... at nearly £400 this hotpoint ff187e product is a robbery and I feel conned.
