hi i have bought a Katana AY50 LC andi have had nothen but trouble , its a good looking bike but ,, i have had recently a engine rebuild , pisten and barrell and new clutch rollers , a new variater and a new belt and it was driving fine , untill i decided to put a sat nav on it ,, i fitted a sat nav on the bike and wired it up to the battery forgetting the sat nav needes 12v and the battery is 6v ,, i was riding along the road with sat nav charging any my lights on , then suddenly the katana lost power lights cut off, and then bike stopped starting .

i have checked the spark plug and there is a spark , checked to see if petrol is getten through and thats fine ,, the piston does move and it isnt jammed . i try to start it with kick start.

any help please would be greatfull my head is hurting
