It has been nearly one year since i had a small car accident on the car park at work with a taxi. Elephant only have been in contact with me at the begining for the claim like twice. Each time i called them and we would be cut off, they never rang me back. I also rang them to give important info that was never recorded in their computer. They also asked me 3 months later to send them my claim which i had done! Albanyassistance who works with them for the financial part isn't better. They keep asking me for docs i already sent and don't reply to emails. I even don't want to ring any of them since the info i give is not taken into account. £50 less expensive than AA but honestly it doesn't worth it. Mind you, i never had any accident before (9 years non claim) so i couldn't possibly compare.
