I obtained a quote of 'up to 6 hours' for 2 maids to carry out a full spring clean to include inside and outside all cupboards, oven, fridge. skirting boards, damp dusting etc. for £300.00. I was told it took 7.5 hours, yet when I returned home I was shocked to find they hadn't touched the kitchen cupboards, fridge, microwave etc. In fact, you could barely tell they had been except for some light dusting and hoovering. I have had a weekly cleaner (who was on holiday) for 7 years, so I know what to expect. When I complained about it (Wimbledon - Molly Maids) the person in charge wouldn't have any of it and declined my offer for her to come and inspect. She sent another 'team' to redo the job but sadly, I saw little improvement. I have already paid a 50% deposit and am not happy to pay anymore; I have not been provided with the service I contracted for. I have taken photos and the matter has yet to be resolved.
