I live in Exeter and have been visiting Crealy Adventure Theme Park for a number of years. The children love it so just paid for an annual membership. However, we visited last month and I paid for a day visit. Once again a great time was had by all.
When I arrived however I had a long disagreement with the young lady on the front desk regarding the arm bands that had to be worn to enable you to return within seven days. She explained that it was compulsory which was as she had been told. The policy regarding these needs to be changed as I heard another complaint today. I explained that I attend numerous meetings and it wasn't professional for me to sit there with a Crealy band on my wrist. I was then told that I could have a weekly card but it would cost me an extra £4 for the family. I asked for my money back, however the Duty Manager spoke with me and agreed, on this occasion to waive the cost of the cards.
A ridiculous policy!
Also, Cornwall Crealy has a different approach to the bands?
