An alternative, just throw your money in the bin with the satisfaction a big company doesn't have it. All you are doing is paying a premium price for the exact same product (or inferior in most cases)than every other provider. But if you have a problem instead of speaking to someone in mumbai you get a call back from a good old fashioned british idiot who still just reads from a script. Oh and you can rest easy that you money isn't going to a large corporation, instead it just goes to a small company that lies just as much about getting fast speeds all the time. It'll also cost you money to switch and leave (if they were so good they wouldn't have to charge you to leave!!)
I wish I had taken into consideration the number of people who have bias views against the larger companies and love useless little ones like Fast.co.uk.
