Orange are great when you first start a contract with them but then when you try and upgrade that's where all the problems start. If you ring up and try to get a better deal take the first offer!!! I cant stress that enough!!! If you say you'll ring them back and you do your going to get a worst offer. Orange runs on a points system so every time you ring back your offer gets worst (I got told this by a member of staff at orange)!!! They see it as your a trouble maker therefore try and get rid of you. I'm now going else where and would never recommend orange to anyone!!!!
