My wife was hit by a third party (rear end collision). Claim made to Saga and repair carried out to our satisfaction.
HOWEVER still waiting for excess (£350) to be returned after third party insurer admitted liability.This despite Nine Months since the accident and numerous phone calls to them over the last two months to find out why excess not repaid.I have been told they will call me back over the matter repeatedly.HOWEVER yes you've guessed it they never do. Would we insure with Saga again.NOT IN A MILLION YEARS.
