I reserved a car with Carjet in dec 2008 - 340 euros for 17 days, commencing 17 July 09. On the afternoon of the 16th July 2009 I received an email cancelling my booking. Carjet said that Auriga Crown had cancelled 5000 and they had no confidence in them supplying the car. ( I have looked at other sites upon return from holiday, and this was the case in June also, so why didnt carjet contact me then?)
I then had to re book with another firm , Sixt , costing 910 euros - I am very unhappy.
