Saleman quoted us 12k for Moban kitchen I advised him I was not buying on the night he then reduced his price to $5600. Asked him for a written quote and he said the only way was going through head office and they would quote me £12. I asked him for an itemized quote so I knew what was included and he refused and said"if your not accepting that quote you won't be getting a Moban kitchen, your basically wasting my time" He was agressive and we asking him to leave. The "quote" he gave us was written on a moban complementry slip. Speaking to friends and neighbours who have had Moban kitchens they deeply regret. Bad workmanship, months of waiting to get things fixed, extra charges for doing this, wrong appliances the list goes on.
