DON'T BUY THIS LATERAL THIGH TRAINER! NO HAND RAILS OR ANYTHING TO GRAB ONTO!
I was gung-ho on this thing when I first got it....but BEWARE!
First off, you'd better be really balanced to get on it, like the back of a sofa or heavy chair.
The workout is boring & tedious after awhile ~ even when watching the video that comes with it. Keeping your balance is a major requirement.
I put it "away". It was a convenient size, but I didn't use it because it had to be backed up to a chair or sofa in order for me to have a secure place to hang onto when I got on it. That presented a problem sometimes. Mostly, it was uncomfortable and awkward to use. I used it for 3 months with little results. It became another storage item.
After several years, I saw the commercial, and got inspired again.
I dragged it out of "storage" and gave it another shot. I was doing okay, then the left pedal went off a bit & I had nothing to grab onto, so I ended up on the floor. With a concussion.
The bruises are still blooming, and I wonder who else has had the same experience...
