Experienced two problems, one minor, one major. The minor issue was the phone arrived without the free gift 8Gb memory card, which was supposed to be in the delivery package.

The major issue is, Dialaphone appear to have sold me a Blackberry on a price plan which does not include the Blackberry internet service! I was having problems setting up my email, so I called Vodafone customer services who informed me that I need to pay an extra £5/m for the Blackberry service. How can a company sell a Blackberry without the internet service? It means I can't set up email, I can't download the application manager, and I can't use many Blackberry apps.

I've yet to take this up with Dialaphone - their automated customer services line is rubbish and glitchy, and it is not possible to talk to a human at weekends.

Not at all satisfied so far with Dialaphone.
