Record Rent a Car were an absolute shambles, a dirty, faulty car with 68000 miles on the clock. The car was dangerous with no horn and faulty windscreen wipers. Staff appalling who found it hilarious that the horn didn't work when I called them from Marbella (a full 40 minutes away) telling me that I am not allowed to use the horn in the city anyway. When I told them about the windscreen wipers, she laughed and told me that it never rains here. I think that Doyouspain.com should have vetted their onward partners better. I returned the car the next day as I refuse to accept such poor service and they hung up when I suggested that they collect the vehicle and exchange it for a new one. NEVER AGAIN.
