Saw special deal on notebook in store went in to buy, was told "None in shop but 11 in stock at warehouse" went ahead and ordered item. Week late item not delivered no calls from Maplin Electronics. Called customer services to be told "NO STOCK"! Asked for refund told send cheque out (as paid cash would not pay onto card) a week later no cheque so called asking for refund in store told not possible cheque chould be with us in next two days at most - still waiting - wont go near them with barge pole again - ever!!!
