I am a 57 year old married lady with 3 grown up children and 3 grandchildren. I have always been a very good customer of marks and spencers like my mother before me. Until recently I was made unemployed. That is when i realised that i could no longer shop at your store so i had to shop at cheaper stores for food and other articals. I found that tesco, asda, sainsburys and the other stores that i shopped at was just as good quality as m/s. So why are you so expensive and why dont you try and help people that are struggling and reduce your prices and help the customers that have been loyal to m/s for many years? Be human like the other stores and support your customers in bad times and then we may come back to you.
