The xen-tan dark lotion was rated as a great smelling product not like the usual self tanners on its website. It smelt of almonds and cherries during application but after showering it smelt like all the others, the signature smell of stale something. The colour was immediate on application as stated. Application needs gloves! application was just as easy difficult/easy as other self tanners (i.e clarins which is invisible). The good thing is that you don't need to keep product on overnight i showered after 3 hours and all was fine. Colour, ok but the 'olive' tones seem to have little difference to other self tanners including the spray tan which i used to have. this is not a breakthrough product, is average to say the least. How can it claim its soooo different when it is soooo not???
