I walked into phones 4 u Bournemouth simply looking for an upgrade. But someone was very quick to sell me another contract and offered me cash to pay off the old contract. The cash ws not even enought to pay off my old contract. Now I had 2 contracts running both at a cost of £35 per month. When I went back to return the phone, they offered me more cash to finish off my old contract. They said that I would receive the cheque in the post within 21 days. 1 month gone and still no cheque. Wondering if I will ever get it as I have read other reviews from people who say that they have never received the cheque too. Its much better to go directly to your network for deals.
