LA Fitness Health Clubs lacks basic customer service skills essential for running a client based businese. I've witness on numerous occasions walking through the doors having 3 staff members behind the counter not doing anything but staring right at me and then totally ignoring me on my way in after I have smiled or said hello. The only reason I go here is b/c I have an amzing membership priced based on what I paid 12 years ago when it was Powerhouse aka Canadian bodyworks (brampton, ontario)...the atmosphere is nothing like it used to be and aside from being non responsive their staff lacks knowledge on their own services. PLEASE IF ANYONE FROM LA FITNESS READS THESE REVIEWS...TRAIN YOUR STAFF ON HOW TO SERVICE YOUR CLIENTS..YOUR FACILITY IS BRUTAL!!!!! I will definatley be rethinking my renewal, perhaps I will go to a competing gym since I am eligible for a corporate discount at the the same price I am paying here.
