I was looking for a birthday present for my boyfriend and as Chisholm Hunter stock these watches I entered the store in Ocean Terminal, in Edinburgh. While browsing a very lovely lady came over to say hello and enquired if she could help. I did not feel under any pressure and I actually refused any help at that time.I was offered a card to save me £10 on a future purchase but was told I could use this today. While in the store an older couple were seated at a table and the lady was being extreemly rude to another sales person,she made a point of speaking over her and she actually put her hands up to the sales ladies face!!(like talk to the hand)Disgusting behaviour , but I am very please to say that the lady who had to deal with this awful woman actually walked away from the customer without stooping to her level. Not one person in the store made a fuss and the matter was quickly forgotten about, (I was still browsing and being nosey). I did actually made a purchase and I commented to the lady I would not stand for that behaviour but she actually brushed it off as no big deal. I would reccommend anyone to buy from this store as the proffesionalism in their dealing with the worst of customers has secured my loyalty. The service I received was exemplary and I was even offered another £10 voucher after using the one I received earlier.I was also given a card with the salespersons name and was told I could ring or pop in any time with regard to my purchase or for any other reason I may have, this is exellent service as so many other shops get your money and then forget about you.
