I have ordered from Ideal World a couple of times and they are ok if you don't have to send back or ask for a refund. I ordered an item on 21 June 09, it didn't arrive but they still took the money out on the same day. I have been trying to get a refund for 6 weeks now without any success. I have called their 'Customer Services' which is a joke, English is the second language of most of the operators, they are not interested and you are kept holding on for 20-30 minutes each time. I have now called 8 times, written twice, emailed twice. All to no avail, please do not order from them unless you have money to throw away - I shall stick to QVC in future - free phone calls, excellent customer service (based in the UK), refunds are organised quickly and I have ordered lots of items from them over the last few years - all with no problems. Hope this is useful. Any advice as to how I can obtain a refund from Ideal World would be gratefully received!

Ideal World Shopping Channel
to Spadger - I eventually got my money back after I contacted Consumer Direct who told me what to write and I sent the letter Recorded Delivery and told Ideal World I would take them to the Small Claims Court. Hope this helps - contact Consumer Direct.
