Alarm bells should have sounded when we first read the menu at the rio fish restaurant and noticed that this establishment charged 30 pence for a glass of tap water (thought that this sort of shark practice had finished in the 1980s), from then on, it was all down hill. Rio calls itself a fish restaurant, what in reality is a Fish & Chip shop takeaway with tight and uncomfortable seating in a side room. The fish & chips were well cooked but portions very small (I had the large cod, which was not much bigger than would be expected for a Childs portion). Service was mediocre and the final bill was presented before we had finished eating which was a nice touch. Would recommend DO NOT USE.
