DO NOT USE THIS AIRLINE TO DALAMAN!! Last year we were delayed there and back by 3 hours. This year after having made a written complaint last year and being told that it was a one off (ha ha)I decided to give them another go.Surprise, surprise delayed an hour and a half going out. We found out that it was dealayed just as they were going to board (strange the excuse given was the crew were out of time, surely they would have known this well before boarding!)Then just to top this one the way back, our flight (which had started as a teatime flight especially picked as I have young children, changed the flight time 2 times before we left, now a 21.10 flight)was CANCELLED. did not fly unitl 4.20 in the morning, great fun with a 2 year old.Various reasons given but none of the staff said the same. Complaint letter on its way to Thomas Cook Airline as my partner was supposed to be working that morning and we were not home.
