Have been with these for about 2 years - initially ok - however in this last year have had several experiences which has totally changed my mind. I will now never touch Green Flag with a barge pole!! Most of difficulties arise from telephone staff - not listening to problem and sending technician with no idea what is required and then not equipped to deal with a minor fault that required a jack and a cable tie!! came with only a recovery vehicle "that was what I was told"
I have had several dealings with customer services - I think that for Green flag this is meant as an ironic term! I have been passed around from one number to another, each time given conflicting information and then back to the beginning. Trying to call back about this lead to a long wait as they couldn't trace any record of any calls initially. Complaints people only open for discussion between 9-5 monday to friday. Not a lot of use for some of us. There is no other way of contacting other than letter. Off hand staff give the impression this is a regular occurance and they don't care! Having returned back to RAC I couldn't be happier.
