Oh, where do i start? My wife and i have had a joint policy over the last year with More Than. In September she reversed my car into another so called More Than.
They said she couldn't claim through her policy part because it was my car. Convenient as i has 1 ync she has protected. They also said that because i wasn't driving it would not effect my ncb. This in itself took an hr of explaining to someone i didn't understand.

So...renewal day! Our certificates arrive renewal (30% more) but all the info is wrong.

Accident that i had when not with MT - All details wrong.

Accident that my wife had - On my policy AND my wifes policy.

Mystery accident on our policy!

1 year NCB offered. This should either be 0 or 2! WHere do they get that from.

When i phone customer services they basically put me through to 4 different people all of which said the last person was wrong!!

GRR!! Admiral Multicar - HERE I COME!!
