My big issue with BT Vision is the remote! Every day I seem to press remote buttons hundreds of times. At times I have to press a button upto 8-10 times before the V box will respond. It is especially frustrating if you are winding fast forward and when you hit play it just keeps winding and you have to wind it back again. Likewise when trying to delete a program the V box will not respond. Compared to slick easy to operate Sky, BT vision is like something a cave man invented.

When I contacted BT Vision support, the operator who was most arrogant suggested the whole thing was my fault and I should be more patient with the system because it is internet linked.

I know where I am going at the end of my BT Vision contract; yes BACK TO SKY! Getting BT VISION IS ONE OF THE WORST DECISIONS I HAVE EVER MADE.
