Possibly the worst customer service I have ever received. I booked a Budget Car Rental car for 3 days. I had a phone call 2 hours before I was supposed to pick up the car telling me that the last person had not returned the car and they therefore had no car to give me and cancelled my booking.

The assistant was very unhelpful, he refused to offer me an alternative or phone any of the other London branches to see what they could offer. he then refused to give me the number of head office to complain. I found this myself and am still waiting over an huor later for them to call me back and attempt to resolve the issue.

I would NOT reccomend this company to anyone, save yourself the hassle and spend a bit more money with a reputable company, at least you'll make it to where you actually want to go!
