I am on my third handset which has just been returned to Nokia for repair. The first one had the screen replaced. On return stopped recognising the sim card. Switched on and off,it would recognise the sim card and would work for any period between 10 minutes and 10 hours before showing the same fault. This handset was replaced with another which did the same thing and then with another which did the same thing. Got a new sim from Orange but this made no difference despite the fact that the sim works ok in my spare phone. My experience of this phone is that when it works it is very good but it is not reliable..Come on, three hand sets, same problem on all of them.
