There are so many bad reviews of Thomas Cook, especially of there longhaul services. we flew with them to the dominican republic and they were brilliant there and back. we flew on their airbus a330 aircraft with a 3x3x3 seating plan. The legroom is more than adequate (33") and you get very comfortable leater seats in dark blue. the cabin was clean and tidy and looked very smart. on some of their a330's the toilets are downstairs as we had on our outbound flight; they were supervised for the whole 9 hour flight by one of the cabin crew. the crew were friendly and were continuinly passing through the cabin with food and drinks. the personall seatback TVs were a little dissapointing as not alll of the films/programmes listed in the onboard magazine are shown. plus, you cannot control the starting and stopping of the films and programmes. they are also played on a loop throughout the whole flight so, if you wanted, you could have watched the same film 3 times. all in all, id recommend thomas cook airlines.
