ive recently been given one of these BSA Standard No2 Model by my grandad i think its a earlier model though, as its the 2350th gun made with the letter "A" in front of the digits, amazingly light gun, and great for any shooter, dropped a few rabbits at 30-40 yards and a couple of pesky magpies its a joy to hold and gives you a feeling of achievment once shot, only thing thats been replaced is the spring, nd throws a whopping 12 foot pounds best .177 ive held, and better than any modern day .177 produced!
