DO NOT BUY THROUGH THIS COMPANY!! If you are unfortunate,as i was, and you encounter a problem, please be warned..once Furniture at Work have taken your money...there is no after sales service. There customer service is there only to line their own pockets. Not only is the line always busy , which costs you a fortune,they make promises that they will ring you back ...but never do!They arranged a delivery time and date and ensured me they will ring my brother 1hr before...they never did.If i wanted the items delivered again i would be charged over £100, for cancellation i would be cahrged the same....and for collection ...you guessed...the same!The only way i managed to resolve the whole situation was by contacting the supplier 'Bush Europe' who were kind enough to fight my case. The 'Mexico range' is lovely quality but there are other caompanies that supply it. My recomendation would be if you like the furniture, go through another company. I dont often write reviews but i feel so strong about the way they treated me, that i wouldnt want this to happen to anyone else.
