When I first shopped with ASOS I was impressed. I have ordered 4 times and delivery has always been on time. However after two good experiences, I ordered a dress that was supplied without the matching belt. When I complained (by email as you cannot speak to anyone there which I think is poor) I did get a swift response but was told to return the dress for an exchange. When I explained that there were no more in stock, I just wanted the belt they said there was nothing they could do. Because I loved the dress, even without the belt, I decided to keep it and they did refund my delivery charge as goodwill gesture. I then ordered a mac from them-and was sent a pair of shorts! The only thing I can say is that they did send me a free returns label and they refunded my order-inc delivery-in full. But I won't order again as I am worried about receiving incomplete or incorrect items-which is a shame as my first two experiences with them have been good and a friend of mine shops with them regularly and always enjoys good service.
