Just stay away from Budget Rental Car in Richmond Hill, Ontario Canada. I reserved a full size sedan more than 2 weeks before my family trip to US. I actually called day before confirm my reservation and everything was just fine. When I went to the location to pick up my car, I was told they have Toyota Corolla for me. After a short conversation, they told me that Toyota Corolla is in fact a full size sedan and I was misinformed by Budget Rental Car website about car size and vehicle category!!?? This guy really have some nerve!! I couldn't travel to US simply because all 5 of us wouldn't fit in that small Japanese car. Bottom line ... customer service is terrible, reservation doesn't mean absolutely anything and you might end up missing your trip. JUST STAY AWAY FROM BUDGET RENTALS!
