American Airlines are incompetent and sarcastic. They could care less about your experience or the fact that they lost an entire flights luggage. One poor women can't even get her crutches to walk and they could care less. I will not ever use American Airlines again and will tell anyone i know the same! They should not be in business!!! I would have loved to know that their customer service department doesn't even care
