If i had just read the reviews on here i would have not ordered from Appliances Online, luckily i checked out other review sites which had far more reviews and were a lot more positive. App online were by far the cheapest for the hob and extractor that i ordered. The website was easy to use and we received text phone messages to confirm the delivery day. We were then texted to confirm the delivery window and then called directly to also confirm this. The delivery came within the window and the items were in good condition. Anyway other peoples problems appear to be with the delivery which is done by Expect Logistics and they deliver for Sainsbury's, Boots, Argos, John Lewis and most other companies so you might pay more and get it from the same supplier anyway. I was really happy with the complete service.
