Terrible Unorganised company from my experience.. Never dealt with such bad and fustrating service.. DHL have lost my parcel but promise each day it will be delivered and every day goes by and no delivery.. Told one thing and then another all dont add up and still no Delivery. What do I do now just forget about my parcel which I have paid a fair bit for (the service and promises are that bad). It is amazing how bad this company is.
