We ordered two tickets for the Eagles concert in Manchester. We paid a little over 500 euros for a face value of nearly 200. The tickets arrived at the last possible moment but when we arrived at the MEN arena we were refused entry as the tickets had been reported as "lost or stolen". We were lucky to buy tickets at the arena (add another 200 euros) or our trip which cost us over 1000 euros (flights + accommodation) would have been for nothing.

We contacted worldticketshop in writing THREE times, did everything by the book to get refunded. Three weeks later we have yet to receive any response.
