Because I had free internet, Orange took it off me saying i had gone over my limit when they never told me there was an internet limit. Before i knew this, i put 5 pounds credit on and it took 4 pounds off me and i wasted the last pound on trying to get my money back. Because i was not informed about the internet and i still didn't get my money i asked to speak to the manager, i was told he would ring me back im still waiting on that call.
