If you want a telephone, broadband landline package steer clear of virgin.
But as for virgin service they do try but seem unable to listen to the customer concerns!
That said i would recommend that you consider a non package contract as there are plenty to be had other than virgin!
Virgin has many problems with technical issues regards their broadband, as I have experiance, through their customer service,they allways say that the issue I have is due to technical problems!
How ever in fairness to virgin their advisers are concerned and polite but never seem to be in controll of their relationship with the customer due to virgin customer policy.
I allways feel i am at fault when i contact them?
As allways virgin trys to be nice, then caps the broadband from 4.5 meg to less than 0.05 meg? or alter my billing, and the!! cancellation fee may be payable?
I would advise that if you wish to go virgin you have been warned!!!!
